Development Status and Typical Scenario Application of Foreign Military Mobile Anti-UAV Equipment

Development Status and Typical Scenario Application of Foreign Military Mobile Anti-UAV Equipment

2026-05-20

In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), especially small UAVs, FPV UAVs and loitering munitions, have been widely used in local wars and the protection of key targets. Traditional fixed anti-UAV equipment has gradually shown inadequate adaptability in terms of mobile defense, accompanying support and dynamic deployment. Against this backdrop, mobile anti-UAV equipment has achieved rapid development. Taking foreign military mobile anti-UAV equipment as the research object, this paper analyzes development demands including mobile defense, accompanying protection and system integration, systematically sorts out the development status of mobile anti-UAV equipment in countries such as Russia, the United States, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Germany, Turkey and Israel. Combined with typical actual combat cases, it conducts analytical research on the combat application characteristics, equipment system composition, platform integration modes and capability advantages of foreign military mobile anti-UAV equipment. On this basis, mobile anti-UAV system solutions are proposed for different typical civilian and military application scenarios, with design and analysis carried out from the perspectives of equipment selection, deployment modes and the coordinated application of multiple types of equipment.

The study concludes that foreign military mobile anti-UAV equipment has gradually evolved from standalone electronic jamming equipment into an integrated anti-UAV system integrating detection and early warning, electronic countermeasures, hard kill, capture and interception, directed energy countermeasures and platform protection. In terms of combat application, typical combat modes have taken shape, including decoy ambush interception, mobile repositioning operations, distributed mobile deployment and active countermeasures against attacking UAVs. In terms of equipment systems, multiple equipment categories have been gradually formed, namely electronic jamming type, detection and early warning type, integrated comprehensive type, fire strike type, directed energy type and platform protection type. Such equipment is continuously extended to various carriers including armored combat vehicles, support vehicles, unmanned platforms and aerial platforms, enabling the simultaneous deployment of anti-UAV capabilities and mobile combat forces. In terms of scenario application, configuration and coordinated application schemes of mobile anti-UAV systems meeting different mission requirements are put forward for civilian scenarios such as airports, energy facilities and prisons, as well as military scenarios including forward accompanying mobility, field airports and key military facilities, providing references for the development of anti-UAV capabilities in diverse scenarios.

Based on an integrated analysis of foreign military equipment development and practical application, mobile anti-UAV equipment will demonstrate development trends including modularization and platform generalization, intelligent coordinated combat, multi-layer interception combining soft and hard kill means, unmanned autonomous countermeasures, and high-mobility full-domain accompanying capability in the future.

Drawing on public reports from authoritative media at home and abroad, official documents and open-source intelligence, this paper systematically sorts out dozens of types of mobile anti-UAV equipment from 11 countries. It carries out systematic analysis covering typical combat cases, equipment classification, combat methods, platform configurations, capability advantages and development trends, and summarizes the development characteristics of foreign military mobile anti-UAV equipment and solutions for typical scenarios, so as to provide references for research on the development and combat application of mobile anti-UAV equipment.
